Our mission is to convey the culture of japanese rice products to all over the world.

The rice used for our orducts are made by our own farm.We cultivate japanese rice without any use of pesticides or 50% reduced peticides.

STORY

Abandoned farmland is increasing more and more.
Because annual consumption of rice reduced almost half in the last 50 yaers and the number of rice farmers reduced by one-fifth.

We are trying to plan and sell processed products using rice in order to increase the demand for rice and to leave this farmland that has been passed down from generation to generation to the next generation by letting people know the various ways to enjoy rice and its possibilities.

    Amazake Nouveau

    We registered "shousetu" which is around november 22nd in english calendar as the day of amazake nouveau to japan anniversary association.It' a day for celebration of harvest and drinking amazake.

  • Amazake milk ice

    This is a healthful amazake milk ice cream made with rice grown in Nagano Prefecture and tea leaves from Rikyuen in Kyoto. The sweetness of amazake is maximized and no sugar or additives are used, so it is safe for children to eat.

  • Knebi no shizuku

    This amazake is made by polishing 50% of the specially cultivated rice grown on our farm in Shinano-machi, Nagano Prefecture. It is made thicker than most amazake, so you can dilute it to make it more palatable.
